What is it, and where is it used?
Manufactured in-house at our Greater Noida facility and shipped with mill certification.
LWC (level-wound coil) copper tubes are our highest-volume product line, manufactured for split AC and VRF/VRV field piping where kink-free, consistent uncoiling on site matters. Each coil is level-wound rather than randomly wound, so installers can feed tube off the coil without the twisting or kinking common with cheaper randomly-wound stock.
Tubes are drawn from C12200 phosphorus-deoxidized copper, annealed to a soft (O60) temper for easy field bending, and supplied with capped, deburred ends to keep the bore free of moisture and debris until installation. Every coil ships with a mill test certificate covering chemical composition and dimensional tolerance.

Standard coils are 15m, 30m and 50m. Custom lengths are available for large OEM or export orders, subject to minimum order quantity.
Yes. Every coil is deburred and capped at both ends to keep the internal bore free of moisture, oxidation and debris until it reaches your line.
