What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product line and specification. Standard catalog items have lower MOQs than custom OEM drawings; tell us the part and volume and we'll confirm a figure with your quote.
What is your typical lead time?
Standard catalog items typically ship within 2–4 weeks of order confirmation. Custom OEM parts depend on tooling and sample approval, and we'll give you a specific date once the drawing is reviewed.
Can I order a sample before committing to a full order?
Yes. We supply samples for OEM qualification and new distributor onboarding — ask your point of contact to include samples with your quote request.
Do you manufacture parts from custom drawings?
Yes. We manufacture precision copper tubes, return bends, headers and assemblies to customer-supplied drawings, with sample approval and PPAP support for OEM programs.
What alloys and tolerances do you work to?
Our core lines use C12200 (DHP) copper. Standard wall tolerance is ±0.03mm; tighter tolerances are available for capillary and OEM-critical dimensions — confirm the exact spec with our engineering team.
Can you match an existing part from another supplier?
In most cases, yes — send us the drawing or a sample and we'll confirm dimensional and material compatibility before quoting.
What quality certifications does MKB follow?
Our production follows ISO-aligned quality management practices with mill-certified raw copper, in-process inspection, and batch traceability on every shipment.
Do you provide mill test certificates?
Yes, mill test certificates and dimensional inspection reports are available on request with every order — ask for them when you request a quote.
How do you handle quality issues after shipment?
Every batch is inspected before dispatch, and we maintain traceability by batch. If an issue is identified post-shipment, contact us directly with the batch reference and we'll investigate promptly.
Which countries does MKB export to?
We currently export to 15+ countries including the European Union, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman, with export documentation and packaging handled in-house.
How are orders packed for export?
Orders are packed to standard export dimensions and palletised for container loading, with documentation prepared in-house for customs clearance at the destination port.
Can you ship less-than-container-load (LCL) orders?
Yes, we support both LCL and full-container orders — tell us your target volume and destination port and we'll confirm freight options.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms are discussed at quotation stage and typically follow advance/balance structures common for export orders; distributors with an ongoing relationship may qualify for different terms.
