Capillary tube is the smallest-bore product we manufacture, and the tightest-toleranced: expansion metering in refrigeration circuits depends on bore consistency down to hundredths of a millimetre, since even small variation changes refrigerant flow and system performance.
Our capillary tubes hold ±0.02mm bore tolerance across the Ø0.6mm–Ø3mm range, drawn from C12200 copper and supplied as clean, burr-free cut lengths or coiled, moisture-sealed bundles, with batch traceability certificates for OEM quality audits.
