What is it, and where is it used?
Manufactured in-house at our Greater Noida facility and shipped with mill certification.
Pancake coils are wound flat rather than on a spool, which makes them the preferred format for export shipments and automated OEM forming lines — the flat profile stacks efficiently on pallets and inside containers, cutting freight cost per tonne of copper shipped.
Available from Ø6mm to Ø15.88mm OD in 25kg and 50kg coil weights, our pancake coils use the same C12200 alloy and wall-thickness control as our LWC line, so OEM buyers can standardise tooling across both formats.
