Beyond raw tube, many OEM customers need a finished, bent-and-brazed sub-assembly that drops straight into a split or ducted AC unit without further forming on their line. We build these to your drawing and tolerance, using in-house bending and brazing equipment operated by trained technicians.
Every assembly is leak-tested with helium or nitrogen before it ships, and dimensional checks are run against your drawing at first-article and ongoing batch stages — the same PPAP-style discipline we apply across our OEM manufacturing.
